Golf Team Opens 2008 Season at LaPlata

The 2008 golf season opened for the Scotland County squad on March 25th at LaPlata.

The Tigers finished second in the triangular event behind the host Bulldogs. LaPlata turned in a team score of 197 followed by SCR-I at 231. Schuyler County was third with a team total of 249.

The Rams Nathan Stock was the event’s individual medalist with a round of 43. Travis Tumlin was runner-up for LaPlata with a 45.

Kasey Dial shot a 50 to pace SCR-I. Trever Harris and Michael Moore both carded 59s while Kelly Lister shot a 62 and Jerad Fuller had a 66.
