All-States Planning Additional Expansion
The dust has barely settled from the addition of a new 60’x240’ building at the All-States Equipment facility on the north edge of Memphis, and now representatives of the company have announced plans for another new project.
Mark Drummond announced the plans for a second new building at the industrial site during the May 3rd meeting of the Memphis City Council.
As part of the city’s lease agreement on the industrial park, All-States is required to seek city approval for construction projects on the ground.
Drummond told the council the company is planning to build a new 62’x240’ building to house a new painting system. The power-coat system must be housed indoors. He indicated the system itself is 38’x160’.
The council voted 4-0 to approve the proposal.
