Traffic Stop Nabs Three On Drug, Alcohol Charges

A traffic stop by the Scotland County Sheriff's Department in Memphis resulted in the arrest of three individuals.

Courtney A. Kellun of Keokuk, IA, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (second offense), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Mark A. Brewer of Ft. Madison, IA, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor and tampering with evidence.

Christopher J. Armstrong of Gorin was charged with possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana.

All three individuals were assigned a May 27 court date.
