Sheriff's Officers Make Two Arrests On Alcohol Charges

Two Memphis residents were cited for contributing alcohol to minors following an investigation by the Scotland County Sheriff's Department.

Jamie Kneppers, 36, of Memphis, was cited for delivering alcohol to 19-year-old David Hillyer. Hillyer in turn was cited for delivering the alcohol to minors. The citations were issued January 28.
